DRU Fires have one of the world’s finest displays of glo fire gas logs due to the company’s exclusive, patented Vario Burner System®.

The system produces a very realistic flame picture that looks just like a real log fire, underpinned by a beautiful glow all around the hearth. These glo fire gas logs are a unique feature of all DRU gas fires, one of the reasons why DRU is renowned as one of Europe’s leading gas fire manufacturers.

The DRU Designer Collection features nearly thirty different models. They include contemporary hole in the wall fires, more traditional fires with fire surrounds, ‘hang on the wall’ fires and modern, free-standing gas stoves.

All DRU gas fires are operated by remote control that also includes a room temperature display. You can control the flame picture of the fire from the comfort of your armchair.

DRU also produces a stylish range of electric fires and some very attractive and powerful solid fuel stoves.

It is possible to have a DRU gas fire, with its impressive display of glo fire gas logs, regardless of whether your home has a chimney. Most DRU fires are based on the balanced flue system. Air is drawn from outside the room for combustion through a flue, with waste gases expelled through the same flue.

DRU also produces gas fires with conventional flues. These fires can be easily connected to a standard UK chimney without the need for expensive flue liners. They run on both natural gas or LPG and feature the same impressive display based on the Vario Burner System®.
