Any technical problem that cannot be handled by your dealer can be referred to our national sales and service centre in Manchester, where we have a team of support staff who are ready and willing to help.

Working with gas installers

In the gas heating trade, our commercial products are available through all of the UK’s leading plumbers merchants and other trade stockists. In addition, our technical department in Manchester is always available to assist with queries or problems from heating and ventilating installers.

Because we have been in the business for such a long time, we frequently are asked for spare parts for heaters that are many years old. In most cases we are able to satisfy such requests. Not just for DRU heaters, but for many similar heaters that we have installed over the years.

Working with the public services

If you represent a church, school or other similar organisation, you can ask for a visit from one of our technical sales consultants. These people have many years of experience in the gas heating industry. They will carry out a full survey on your building, recommend the best solution and produce a full design and quotation.

Installation and maintenance

A great deal of the work that we do for churches, schools, the military etc., is carried out by our own in-house service division.

This is a national team of CORGI registered service engineers that deal with the design, installation and ongoing maintenance of many large and complex heating systems, including central heating if required.
